MOSCOW (Reuters) – Russian forces have taken management of two extra settlements in Ukraine’s north-east Kharkiv area and one within the southern Zaporizhzhia area, the defence ministry mentioned on Wednesday, constructing on a run of incremental beneficial properties which have alarmed Kyiv.
